The website presents services including role-playing game creation and adaptation, in-person game facilitation in the Silly-sur-Nied and Metz area, remote facilitation using Foundry VTT, and workshops for organisations.

Descriptions, formats and prices displayed on the Role-playing Experiences page provide information about the services offered. Submitting a form does not constitute a confirmed booking or a contract. Availability, the exact scope of the service, date, location, any travel expenses and the total price are confirmed in writing in a proposal or quote tailored to the request.

Contact and service request forms

The forms collect your name, email address and message. A request concerning Role-playing Experiences may also include the selected project type and any information you choose to provide, such as the number and age of participants, location, preferred dates and desired atmosphere.

This information is used solely to answer your request, assess the feasibility and availability of a service and, where applicable, prepare a proposal or quote. Processing is based on your request and on pre-contractual steps taken at your initiative. Information is retained for three years after the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires a longer retention period.

FRAGMENTS newsletter

When you subscribe, your email address is used to send you the FRAGMENTS newsletter, at the stated frequency of no more than one or two messages per month. This processing is based on your consent. Your address is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent. You may unsubscribe using the link in each email or by writing to contact@yanklinnomme.fr.

Form security

Your IP address and submission time are processed to prevent abuse, secure the forms and deliver messages. For the contact form, technical rate-limiting files are automatically purged as new submissions are received after a ten-minute window. For the newsletter, the subscription date and IP address accompany the subscription request for audit purposes and are retained for the duration of the subscription.

Recipients

The information is accessed solely by Kévin BOIME. Hostinger may process technical data required to host and secure the website and deliver forms and emails as part of its services. Data is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of its processing or, where applicable, object to its processing and request data portability.
